Man With A Plan is a American sitcom television sitcom television series created by Jackie and Jeff Filgo, starring Matt LeBlanc in the lead role. It was produced by Double Double Bonus Entertainment, 3 Arts Entertainment and CBS Television Studios, also distributed by CBS Television Distribution.

The series was aired on October 24, 2016 and as of 2017, it has aired for first seasons and 22 episodes.

On November 14, 2016, CBS picked up the series for a full season of 19 episodes and on January 6, 2017, CBS ordered three additional episodes, increasing the first season order to 22 episodes. On March 23, 2017, it was renewed by CBS for a second season which premiered in November 13, 2017 (after pulling the schedule of Me, Myself & I).

Plot Edit

The show is about a dad finds out that parenting is harder than he thought after his wife goes back to work and he's left at home to take care of the kids.

In February 2016, it was announced Matt LeBlanc would star in a new family-comedy television series for CBS, while Jeff and Jackie Fligo will executive produce the series, and Michael Rotenberg would serve as the show runner. It was order as I'm Not Your Friend, but the name was changed as Man with a Plan on May 13, 2016. On January 6, 2017, CBS ordered a full season of 22 episodes.

The series is filmed entirely in CBS Studio Center 4024 Radford Avenue, Studio City in Los Angeles, California, USA. The pilot episode was filmed on April 2016. Production on subsequent episodes began taping on August 5, 2016.

Man with a Plan has received generally negative reviews from critics. On the review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes, the series has an approval rating of 21%, based on 22 reviews, with an average rating of 3.5/10. The site's critical consensus reads, "Man with a Plans flawed, unimaginative writing fails to properly showcase the charm of its unfortunately underperforming lead." On Metacritic, which assigns a normalized rating, the series has a score 36 out of 100, based on 25 critics, indicating "generally unfavorable reviews".
